	copgirl: 03/15/2006 7:51 AM my friends all love Law and Order, SVU...they are always asking me, "is that what its really like?" i say, ummmm....not really. add about 30 other cases to what they are working on, lots of desk time and phone calls, lots of paperwork, lots of "down time", and then yes...about 10 minutes are accurate.
